    I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the UBP resources. I recently took the applied exam and ended up passing both the OSCE and SOE on my first try. This was an achievement for me personally as I have not done a single anesthesiology case since June 2019 (when I graduated residency at Northwestern). Since that time, I did a pain fellowship, worked in a university COVID clinic for 3 months, and now solely practice interventional pain. Naturally, when the applied exam was pushed back roughly a whole year due to COVID, I was very nervous due to a decaying knowledge base and general lack of hands on anesthesiology skills.<\/p>\n

    With that being said, I really feel that UBP is a one stop study material, at least for me. The fact that the basic concepts and management points come up again and again in the language peppered throughout every UBP book really helps solidify the knowledge.<\/p>\n

    I sincerely thank you once again for your books. I have never been more nervous nor have I studied harder for any other exam, largely due to the gap in practice. You made it possible for an anesthesiology resident to pass the applied exam on the first try essentially 21 months from practice. Now, I can focus on my job and enjoy my evenings.
